STELLITE6 ERCoCr-A

The alloy cast rods produced by Stellite, a welding material from Tongming, have excellent product performance and stable product quality, making them suitable for processes such as oxygen acetylene welding and tungsten argon arc welding (TIG). We place various alloy materials in precise proportions and fully alloying them in the furnace, and then produce as cast alloy bars with uniform composition through horizontal continuous casting process.

At present, the cobalt based alloy and nickel based alloy cast rod products produced by Stellite, Tongming Welding Material, have uniform composition, no segregation, low impurity content, smooth surface, a diameter range of 2.7-8.0mm, and a standard diameter range of 350mm-1000mm.
